About BBE

Real industry experience.
A practical growth partner.

Brooks Brown Enterprises, LLC brings experienced leadership and relationship-driven execution to food businesses across the United States.

Experience from plant to shelf

Strategy is only the beginning.

Brooks brings 35+ years of snack and CPG experience, with a career spanning commercial leadership, private label, foodservice, brand development, and contract manufacturing.

His work combines executive-level perspective with hands-on commercial execution. He has built sales teams, managed broker and distributor networks, and helped develop customer and manufacturing partnerships across retail, foodservice, and alternative channels.

Through BBE, Brooks works with founders, PE-backed platforms, and established food companies seeking experienced, flexible support without adding a full-time executive too early.

His approach is calm, practical, and relationship-driven: understand the business, identify the right opportunities, and follow through on the work required to move them forward.
